I used the above FAX number last week and received a confirmation email within minutes! First time that's happened for me.

I blacked out some of the info that HAL didn't need to know on a copy of the page of my quarterly statement; I wrote on the top of the page our booking number, date of sailing, reqeust for SHBenefits, and "Request confirmation to [our email address]." Perfect! m--

PS I made a copy of their confirmation email to take with us!
