River tubing how long on river?

Looking at doing this, how long are you on the river?

If you are talking about Belize. That is one of the best excursion ever. Done it twice. Go independent though. Better price and experience. You are in water a good two and a half hours.

In Dominica I booked river tubing with an added stop at Mero beach in November through Antours.

This is what I was told to expect time wise.

Breifing and gearing up - 15 to 20 mins

Tube Ride - 50 to 60 mins

Transfer to beach - 15 to 20 mins

Beach to ship - 30 mins

The tour starts on the dock at 9.30am and finishes at 2.30pm

DW and I did the Tubing with Antours last March. Our schedule pretty much matched this one. Good company. They take good care of their clients.

Did this tour a few years ago, great time. In fact have it booked again this January however Maria may alter that, praying for the great people in Dominica.

We were really looking forward to it. Not so sure what will happen now, with the exception of Grenada and Barbados, our other 4 ports have all been devastated by these two hurricanes.

Yes, the 11/4 sailing. I'm ok with switching up some islands somewhat although I am not a huge fan of St. Kitts but what am I gonna do? I can't drive the ship. My daughter's co-workers have her thinking we won't be going at all but I am optimistic.
