Best ways to get around Honolulu? / Transport around Honolulu?

We have been to Honolulu by cruise ship a few times now .

We are going back to Honolulu on the Maasdam in October 2017 we got a overnight there, so we are looking at maybe going a bit further afield or maybe to go to Hanauma Bay (I went there when I was a small child, so I want to revisit ;) ) Or to maybe see a pineapple plantation etc…

I was wondering does anyone know of any tour companies that can do a private tour or a private driver who can take us where every we want to go?

I would into renting a car. That gives freedom to see a lot of Honolulu or the the island itself.

Renting a car is the best way. Uber would be my next choice. Failing all else, Charley's Taxi.
