I would be more concerned about not getting one if I thought that they took a blind bit of notice of the feedback. There appears to be no evidence that they do! Perhaps I'm just being cynical because, as we know, when unpopular changes are introduced they are always justified on the basis of being 'in response to customer feedback'!

I think that more notice is taken of the forms filled out on board. When we were on Aurora earlier this year we were given a 'first impressions' form after the first week. I made a comment that the Entertainment Manager (Cruise Director as was) was pure 'Hi di Hi', having done the cringy 'Are you all having a good time?' routine then asked people to say hello to a stranger sat next to them etc. Much to my surprise, a few days later we had a voicemail on our cabin phone from him saying that he had taken on board the feedback and, to be fair, he was much better thereafter!
