Since no one answered you, I'll try. They are a number of ways to get to the terminal by train, bus or taxi. The train is the least expensive, but you will have to cart your luggage and find the correct train when you have to transfer. The limousine bus is not as cheap as the train, but you won't have to deal with your luggage. See the site

If you take the bus to the Grand Hotel or any other stop in Yokohama, the cost of the taxi to the Cruise Terminal should be less than USD $20. You might also search on youtube for videos on how to catch the limousine bus at Narita. (they have several on using the limousine bus at Haneda).

 

A taxi is very expensive. We used Green Tomato from Narita to Tokyo (it's a bus), but if I had to do it again I would take the Narita Airport Express Train since you can catch it at the airport and do not have to transfer if you going to Tokyo. You can search on the Narita Airport site for all of the alternatives to get to Yokohama.
