CPS Southampton great dropoff, awful exit

Just back from a 14 night P&O cruise and parked with CPS which we have used a few times before with no problems. But this time was pretty woeful.

Drop off wasn't bad at all, a bit of a wait but only about 10 minutes then it is was a very simple unpack the car and they take it away.

The return was a different story and not a problem i've had before, get the keys find the car and then exit the the carpark.

Only that took 1.5 hours ! There was no organisation or marshalling and all the cars driving towards a exit big enough for one car at a time. With no marshalling new queues formed as the car park emptied with people taking the shortest route to the exit (so i suspect some later people waited less time). I was a bit frustrated to see about 20-30 cps staff standing around the key pickup watching it all unfold rather than trying to control traffic. Was told by a fellow passenger that last year it took them 2 hours (So i guess we got a little lucky).
