Glad some of you have luck with Princess casino. I had very close to 10,000 points and received an onboard letter telling me to contact them before May to make sure I have the best rate. I requested a quote on a cruise Ive picked out. Well, after my third email to them with still no quote. I am convinced they are a bunch of disorganized incompetents who dont have a clue.

I am going this morning to pickup another Princess Comp cruise voucher for 2, thru Stations.

Like I mentioned earlier..... I think this is the Best way to get Princess COMP cruises.

Get them from your LAND casino! ;)

Forget about what you MIGHT get back from their Onboard casino.

They are usually Lame bounceback offers. :o

YMMV

I just received an offer this month on my Stations App. It says it's valid for this month only. How does the voucher work? What type of cruise are available? I asked the rewards center and they didn't have a clue.

Sailed with Princess in November and with the 13,000 points I earned, I received a free oceanview cabin that could be used for Caribbean, Mexico and Alaska sailings. I sailed again in February and earned another 26,000 points and the letter I received on the last night was for a free oceanview for Caribbean and Mexico sailings AND it did not include Alaska. Because you have to sail by September with this offer it was basically useless to me because they stop sailing to these locations mid April. I called Princess and they advised me to send an email to see if that was the correct offer and the response I got was ridiculous. To have earned over double the points and receive a worse offer makes no sense. In addition, there was someone else on my February cruise that only earned 5000 points and they receive a free cruise plus $1500 casino credit. I spent quite a bit of time in the ship casino and it was by far the worst payout I've seen. No one was winning. Based on these experiences, I won't spend another $ in any Princess casino.

This was their response to my question about my February offer:

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Come Back and Sail offer. We cannot disclose the criteria needed to qualify a specific cabin type. However, we can confirm that you received the correct offer at this time.

Sorry to trouble you. Going on first Princess cruise next year. On RC 1 point = $5 spun regular slots. How much is 1 point on Princess? TIA

Only way you'll know for sure is Get your voucher. Theyre all different, and depends on your Play level.

I'm ON HOLD for the 2nd time this afternoon for over 20 mins attempting to Book a Princess cruise voucher.

Either they AREN'T there on the weekend, or the One? person on staff keeps hanging up.

I even called the Regular Princess booking #, and SHES On hold too.

NOT good.:(

Has anyone tried to use their comp certificate for a holiday sailing? We just returned from a 10 day cruise on the Crown Princess (which was fantastic) and received a voucher for up to 15 day cruise going just about anywhere: Caribbean, Mexico, Alaska, Europe, Panama Canal, etc.. plus $750 in free play. However, in the fine print, it says No Holidays. Due to our heavy travel schedules for work, the Christmas holidays is really the only time its going to work for us to use this before the expiration date of the end of May 2020. Just curious if anyone had any luck gaining an exception to the holiday booking rule. The cruise we want still has plenty of cabins available.

Not on the holiday itself but you might find one that is just before or just after the holiday.
You might also try using a travel agent who’s familiar with the casino dept ( I'd check with Zoe at Zoes cruises and tours in Sacramento. She will call and take care of the whole thing with casino)

Good luck! You must have done Some nice gambling!
