NCL Shore Excursion Buses Panama Canal

Hi, Travelling with family member who uses a walker. She is unable to walk long distances, stairs, nor can she stand for long periods of time. Not good on uneven ground or steep incline.

 

Wondering about the excursion buses for South American and Mexico ports - specifically do the buses have the ramp that comes out or the bus that drops down flush with curb to reduce the height of entry into bus?

 

I know we can wait until on board to speak with Shore Excursion staff, but if these options are not available, we may consider private tours. Appreciate any advise you can offer!
