Get things right before more new builds

Live from shadow. 9/14/17. Things on board are not the same. Food in MDR is subpar. Even after meeting with F&B, chef & M'd. Last nights dinner was again a let down. Paper thin tuna steak dry and over cooked. A version of gnocchi that were so hard I could barely cut through them. Tiny shrimp served as cocktail shrimp. Room service took close to 40 minutes yesterday. They did call and say they were going to be late. But still 40 minutes?! Crew not making the effort to great you. I'm not sure what is going on but I didn't wait for 6 months for this. Is this ciao to SS? Will they even miss us? Probably not. (Sad face).

Sad reading, but sadly this issue is about your HD and more ships or not isn't going to cure your immediate challenge.

Have you considered Plan B. ie doing what I think you did some cruises ago and give them some warning and have the kitchen produce your menu? This might produce some better plates for you?
