DSD: Is there no beach entry for diving at West Bay?

I thought you could do a DSD at West Bay from the shore. Every dive shop I have contacted wants to do a boat dive. Can you not go in at the shore?

What about other places in Roatan. Are there any that start from the beach/shore area? If so, can I get names of dive companies or the dive sites?

How is diving at West End instead? Any easy walk in entry there?
