Want two beach days-suggestions only 1/2 day each

We will be there this weekend. We don't dock until 2:00 Saturdayand have to leave at 3:00 Sunday. There will be 4 of us 2 children 9 &11. We'd really like to spend a few hour at the beach each day. Looks like horseshoe bay one day what about the other-sounds like it's hard to get around on Sundays.. we'll be bringing our snorkeling equipment too.
