Dream Cove Balcony

I loved our Cove Balcony on the Dream! With the cove balconies, unlike the regular balconies, they cannot all open to the adjoining balcony. We were in Cabin 2381, with our friend in 2385 and we were able to open up the balcony to have one big balcony (I did a lot of research to make sure we could open them). The balconies would not, however, open on the opposite side as there are bulkhead doors (which they close over the balcony doors in the case of inclement weather).

It was almost counter-intuitive because 2385 (our friends room) was an adjoining room to 2389, but the balcony between 2385 and 2389 did not open.

Enjoy your cove! We really enjoyed sitting out there, and it was so nice to sit out there as we were cruising down the Mississippi!

If your rooms are 'adjoining', i.e.side by side, you will be able to open the balcony divider. However, if you meant that your cabins are 'connecting', with an inside connecting door, you will not be able to connect the balconies. EM
