Hello, my partner's crown +anchor number has changed completely and reverted to pre-gold status. He actually has 137 points and I think he accidentally created a new profile. I can't back his original number as it says it doesn't exist-I message RCCL but still no response. Has anyone had a similar issue and been able to fix it please?

Thank you all for your suggestions and help. I've narrowed it down to the Tru by Hilton, or the Citizen M. Both look very central to Brickell shops and restaurants! And not too far from the port and airport im a cab.

Hello, We're departing Miami next April, and I'm unsure of where is best to stay. We will get a cab from the airport whichever we choose, and spend 2 nights there. My main goal is to go to the shopping mall, somewhere within Miami centre, and then another cab to the port on departure day. I'm looking at the Tru by Hilton in west Brickell, or the Sheraton 4 points in Coral Gables. My husband just wants to relax somewhere nice, not too hectic. Any suggestions for these 2, or similar within my budget of 250 per night would be very welcome. Thanks!

Hello, I'm new to NCL, sailing on January 3rd. On my previous ones with Royal Caribbean I have always removed the auto-gratuities in order to tip direct to the crew members(I know this is controversial!) and on booking NCL their agent told me that I can do the same once I get onboard. Is this correct? Thanks.

Thanks for the reassurance, this is why I booked transatlantic, but I'm seeing so many posts about kids/vaccines etc that I'm having a rethink! Fingers crossed it will be ok x

I have always chosen longer length transatlantic sailings to avoid the school holidays, they are always great cruises, but I think I've made a big mistake after reading some of the roll calls/fb groups for this upcoming trip..it's half term holiday in UK! Are any seasoned cruisers out there who have experienced this before, will it be overrun with kids or still a quieter vibe? I have the option of changing to another crossing in November but was looking forwards to trying Anthem(never been on this one before) Feedback welcome please!
