Non-alcoholic beverages count towards the limit of 15 for Signature Beverage Package - whether purchased separately or included as part of a HIA booking. However, if you have the Early Booking Bonus (often referred to as HAI Plus) it includes the Elite Beverage Package and non-alcoholic beverages are not counted towards the limit of 15.

Key cards have been in mail slots next to stateroom doors since the restart from COVID in 2021.

You must book within 90 days of the cruise being available to receive the Mariner Early Booking Bonus.

If you book during the Early Booking Bonus period, the HIA is enhanced. You get the upgraded beverage package, the upgraded Wi-Fi package AND Crew Appreciation.

On our last cruise, we were able to board before even the Lido opened. Passengers did not bother to go to staterooms for key cards because they figured they would not be available. However, passengers were able to get beverages at the Sea View Bar by showing their boarding pass.

It just appeared for the first time on our confirmations in March for our December 2025 and March 2026 cruises. HAL often changes how they list included "perks" in that section. Just to be doubly sure your January 2025 deposit is refundable, you can check the date on which Cancellation Fees Begin for it - on page 2, just above the Special Services and Included Items

@crystalspin is correct. The 10-day April 2 cruise is also part of the March 22 21-day cruise as well as the 24-day, 30-day and 31-day cruises that transit the Panama Canal.
