  1. Sorry but Giada is not going to do it.
  2. Seems likely we are creating self fulfilling prophecy, talk about chair hogs, create more chair hogs...... just saying move the stuff. If they ask why are you sitting in their chair just say oh we've been here ..... time and thought is was forgotten.
  3. First off they only hold your reservation for 15 minutes, to be fair to all. If it is slow you might be able seated early but remember they need to manage the flow of orders, to help kitchen and servers.
  4. Truly disappointed. So many talented new chefs, guess they are not going to keep the mantle of best cusine. Unimpressed with her suggestions for Toscana.
  5. Generally there is little to do for children that age. Unless they are into reading, or it is a port intensive cruise not sire they would enjoy.
  6. Feel bad, but some were on a private tour, they took responsibility when they chose not to take ship tours. One that was medically evacuated sadly was handled as most are. Our friends were left on a Carribean island when she broke her arm and had to make their own arrangements to get her back to states.
  7. They were both on our ship in Oct, rarely interacted with guests unless platinum. Must say I miss Franck G. Waves offerings were very redundant. Food still better than comparable lines. Haven't tried EJ hoping they expand their destinations.
  8. Sadly few are using the hand sanitizing stations, and in the Fall last year I saw far too many folks trying to serve themselves. Please remember these protocols are designed to help limit the spread of things like this.

  11. So simply more has started and we have found that our credits don't go as far as before. Fewer under low cost options. For those who have ended up with usable "credits " either due to SE cancellations, or filled cruises are you ready to switch to another line? We have three more cruises and think simply more is not worth the loyalty. Please be kind in response.
  12. Happened to us once, we always save our final statement. So if needed our agent would have proof we did not use FCC. Our agent was persistent and we received our FCC with 4 weeks of questioning. They said they had to wait till our onboarding account was audited.
  13. When people save two loungers per person demand will exceed supply. And pack more chairs will only make it a trip hazard. Passengers that are considerate is what is needed.
  14. Yikes, no floaties please. People enjoy holding on to rail, or treading water and talking.
