We were caught in the summer of 2022 airline chaos. We arrived at the airport in Naples, Italy to find that our flight had been rebooked in the middle of the night with no notice and we had missed our new flight. The Viking emergency contact worked well. An agent answered quickly and responded calmly as I ranted. He had us booked on another flight with better connections before we ended the call.

We are hoping to meet family in Naples when our cruise docks in December. Does anyone know a good spot to meet in the cruise terminal?
