I have no Scottish links at all apart from laughing at Billy Connelly and watching Hamish Mcbeth. However when we toured Ireland and the UK driving through Scotland around the lochs and such just felt like home. It was a strange feeling, as it doesn't really even look like anything I have seen in Australia.

I just hope we don't get all that next year, planes may not have been taking off either.

Organic nowadays means many things. We went to a vineyard whose grapes made were grown using no pesticides or chemicals and no additives during the wine making process. They did have some sheep which would occasionally cut through the vineyard from one paddock to another, rather than go around. To be totally organic the sheep wouldn't be allowed in the vineyard as they had been in sheep dip. We were told it would cost a sizeable yearly fee to maintain organic certification and as their wines sold so well without certification they decided not to pay for it or claim they were organic on the labels.

I am after more than the country

There are no shorex up yet for any ports past HK, so we will see but we might just go around Shimizu as well. we will be there twice as we are on HALs Noordam after the Diamond.
