  2. Has anyone else had an issue when ordering their Medallions? We have Princess Plus which includes medallion shipping. When I go to order, the app is charging me $10 and I am not able to move forward with the order unless I enter a form of payment. Thanks.
  3. Thanks. I am how following. After much checking, I am able to see chat on my smart phone and tablet. So I have now narrow the problem to my HP desktop. I am running windows 10, I have cleared the history, my desktop is 4 years old. I am thinking it is in the set up. I am going to try your idea to lower the resolution. If you think of anything else let me know. I appreciate your assistance.

  7. Many CC folks have stated to use chat on the Princess site to resolve issues. I am not able to locate the link to chat. I see "live chat" hours but there is not link. I have changed from google to firefox to edge - no luck. I have looked everywhere and even searched "chat". Ant ideas??

  9. Is anyone else having an issue with seeing their Future Cruise Deposits/Credits and Casino Credits when they log in on the Princess website? We have 2 FCC and casino offers but the credits are not appearing when we log into our account via the Princess website. Thanks.
  10. I had great hopes. My paid booking was available for 3 days then cancelled. The booking has now been cancelled and re-instated 6 times since October 11th. Number 6 was today and it is still wrong. Have been told a supervisor will have to fix. I am told it was a software issue for reservations booked on Oct 11. Stay tune. Anyone have any thoughts.
  11. Happy Dance!! Just printed travel summary. We are good to go as of now.
  12. My last 4 days has been an adventure. We made a reservation and paid for a Feb cruise on Oct 11. The reservation was deleted overnight. Called on Oct 12 reservation was reinstated incorrectly - transfers added, etc. Reservation was corrected and was again deleted over night. On Oct 13 the reservation was correctly reinstated. Printed travel summary was ensured that everything was good to go. Yeah! I thought. Wrong, the paid reservation was once again deleted. And, yes, I checked my AX card and Princess has my $$$. Now it is Friday, Oct 14 after over 2 hours on the phone this am and another 2 hours tonight I have been told everything is good. The big BUT IS - the website is having technical issues. I have no way to know if it has been corrected. Stay tune.
