Anyone know why RCL stock price went down by 5% yesterday? I know the market was a bit lower yesterday in anticipation of today's CPI announcement but not by that much. I read some analysts are attributing the sudden dip to a drunk teenager jumping off a ship between the Bahamas and Cuba and a man with dementia wandering off in Cozumel, Mexico. I don't see how that could be RCL's fault. They did have to pay to settle a law suit for a Jazz cruise that was cancelled during Covid but enough to lower the stock by that much? **Confused**

I remember the days of uber-crowded Diamond lounges during happy hour. Now with the anytime drinks loaded on the sea pass card, I haven't seen over crowding at the former Diamond / now Crown Lounges. The anytime / anywhere free drinks is the most positive change I've seen to the loyalty program that most people have embraced. Not so much for the other changes, i.e. Diamonds not allowed during cocktail hour in the Crown lounge on SOME sailings and Pinnacles and Diamond+s losing some of their benefits as well.

I've been there a few times, and each time I take an excursion outside of Falmouth, i.e. Dunns River Falls, Green Grotto Caves, etc. The small port area in Falmouth includes shops and vendors -- safe enough but expect to be hassled by hustlers. Just say "NO"

Whether you are Diamond, Diamond Plus or Pinnacle on RCI, you automatically receive Elite Status. I am Diamond Plus on RCI but only Elite on X with 58 Captain's Club points. If I want to get to Elite Plus or Zenith on X then I have to earn the required points on X - they are not interchangeable with RCI. The same is true if you are Elite, Elite+ or Zenith on X, then you only get Diamond status on RCI unless you earn the required points on RCI for Diamond+ or Pinnacle.

What's surprising is he's been missing since April 3rd - that's four days ago. Cozumel is a small island and Americans stick out like sore thumbs. He apparently had no money on him and gave a taxi driver a watch for payment.....doesn't look like he could have gone very far.

Stock price closed at 135.53 yesterday. It's all time historical high. Wish I would have bought some at the all time low of $19 during the pandemic. I missed the boat (pun intended). I did buy some more at 2023 lows back in April so I'm doing OK.

Yes when it's a drive for us, we take them as well - never when we're flying back and never for the comped ones - although I have been tempted to take our bottles of Conundrum back. Conundrum sells for $60+ on the ship. Ouch! Are you still on the World Cruise? How's that going? What do you do for wine? Are they allowing passengers to get wine at ports of call?
