When I try to sign into the Celebrity app, it does not recognize my password. When I click on forgot password I get an email back telling me to click on it to reset my password. When I click on it it tells me that the password word has expired even though I just received it a few seconds ago. It is in a loop. I called Celebrity about a month ago about the issue and they told me not to use the app to just go to celebrity.com. However, I will be cruising In September and want to be able to use my app. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem. As I said when I called celebrity cruise line a month ago I waited two hours and they still couldn’t help me.
