At approximately 1:30 am, a cargo ship hit the bridge causing a collapse. My prayers go out to those transversing the bridge at the time of collapse. This waterway is a major shipping port for goods and cruise ships. Lets send our prayers to those affected.

I have booked a few balcony and suite gty. The sooner you pay it off, the sooner you will be assigned your room. Gone are the days of being assigned room at 30 days out or less. The big upside to this is that you can switch your room for no fee as long as it is in same catagory. The rooms have codes, like 4d,2c, etc. I paid off a cruise for anthem. Got assigned a balcony on deck 12. On anthem since things are inside i prefer deck 7. 2 decks down to all the action. Only need elevator for jammer and pools. I had a wide choice of rooms and drcks since we are still far out.

Because alot of the call centers are located outside the USA. limited english, reading from scripts, no knowledge of the dollar. They do not have a clue. This is a failure on royals part.

Sorry I am late to this party. For some reason i could not get into cruise critic. Kept getting an error. I noticed the premier pass saturday morning. I tried logging into cruise critic for answers. Unable to log in i started googling it. Saw it offered on celebrity. Hey royal owns that, maybe it's true. Message royal, was unclear about how many needed to buy it. As you can see royal told 1 package 2 people. And the proof is a screen shot. Then i went on fb and posted there. I have not been contacted by royal about any cancellations. And i was specific on my ship and sail date. The $18 bev pkg was up for maybe 8-12 hours. I remember them giving up and honoring it, basically because they have no way to look across all bookings and just search deluxe bev pkg. They would have had to go thru every booking and physically look to see what each person paid. So until royal contacts me about a refund, i will hold out hope.

Still cannot check cruises. Keep getting white screen. This also means no booking cruises. Smh

This I agree with 100% If they don't have the crew don't allow the bookings. Simple supply and demand will push the price of cruises up. Making it financially beneficial for rccl. And customers will recieve the service they are used to. They need to utilize a practical passenger to crew ratio.

How can a company make money if you can't book a cruise. Ridiculous
