Oysters Rockefeller are baked. They are NOT served raw. That being said, my oysters Rockefeller at Cagney's recently were very disappointing because they seemed to be absent oysters, baked or otherwise.
I am just off he Sun after a 19 day TA. Our menus look the same as he ones posted by BirdTravels. Our wine steward said they were getting new menus when we departed in Miami. I will be on the Pearl come Day. I'll let you know if they did.
Whether you are for or against the bubble blowing in principle, there are environmentally friendly bubble solutions on the market for those who care about that side of the issue.
I am sitting on the Sun now, in the Atrium Cafe, deck 5, drinking a White Chocolate Mocha, paid for with my Starbucks/FAS+ package. It clearly says Starbucks on the cup but not on the signage. It is a Starbucks!
To decide if they are "worth it" to you, go to NCL & look at the sample menus for the up charge venues available on Dawn & see if you are even interested in what is offered. The FAS can be used in any of the up charge restaurants except for a Seafood Platter in Raw Bar but the rules vary. The best answer is to read the FAQs for the FAS dining package.
All of my various confirmations for my next 3 NCL cruises come from "...Miami.pdf" And none of them leave out of Miami. That is where NCL's corporate headquarters are. A very strange story.
As I follow some of the NCL threads & the various complaints about how things use to be compared to how they are now, I can't help but think this: in 15 more days, the hardest part of my day will be deciding what to drink & what to eat!! No matter how much cruising has changed PC (post-Covid), I can still look forward to that!🍸🍤🍰

We did a Vespa Sidecar tour in 2019 that we saw on Tripadvisor. It was great fun. My DH rode behind the driver & I rode in the sidecar. Other tourists were taking photos of us. We were able to go down narrow streets where cars & busses couldn't. We made a few scenic stops but not the Vatican or the Colosseum. There are YouTube videos of it. You get commentary thru the helmets. We felt very safe.
Interestingly, for an upcoming cruise on the Sun with my DH, my shareholders' benefit was split between us. (We have different last names.) On an upcoming cruise on the Pearl with a female friend, my benefit was applied only in my name.
