  1. Unfortunately, not right now. Will see if I can find.
  2. Best to call them, unfortunately. They get good reviews for their transport services.
  3. The info for ICBW should have been a picture.
  4. There are "transportation services" that have them, and there's a new app that let’s you book various vehicles, and it looks like their fare is based on minimum of 2 people. It wouldn't let me get quotes to many destinations without registering. There's also a company specializing in transportation for people with mobility issues, and he has an suv. It Could Be Worse is the name of the company. Someone posted a YouTube video of their tour with him. 5. The crew members are your best source of info regarding practical information about phones, wifi, and grocery stores, if they have time to chat. I used to work on a cruise ship, though it was years ago.😊 Imo, no matter where you are, wifi is your best friend even if you have to pay. Turn on both wifi and airplane mode so you can keep in touch.
  6. Cruisin Karen, I always turn on wifi on my phone whenever/however I travel, and I have WhatsApp installed so I can make calls when I'm on wifi. Havensight has at least one free wifi Hotspot outside near Tap and Still bar/restaurant. I just tried wifi in airplane mode, and the wifi worked just like normal. Many people in Caribbean use WhatsApp so it's very convenient if you're on a Caribbean cruise. Godfrey probably has WhatsApp.
  7. The tour is 2 hours and departs from and terminates at your cruise's dock. Most of the tours are in the larger vehicles and you are in with a larger group that may be from other ships. The 2 hour tours from the dock don't usually stop or drop off at any beach. I don't think they stop at a scenic lookout on the way to Lindqvist. The closest lookout to Lindqvist is Sapphire Beach hillside, and that's past Lindqvist. Not a scenic route, unfortunately, but very nice at the beach.🙂
  8. Not the suv taxis I've seen at Havensight. I think they're what most people consider mid size.
  9. I'm glad you're asking all these details in advance. Not enough visitors do, and without advance planning, some needs may not be easily accommodated. There are SUV taxis, but there may not be any available when you're at the dock since there aren't usually many in that area. For right now, Best Taxi Association has the contract to pick up at Havensight, but their phone number didn't work a few months ago, so I don't know how anyone can contact to reserve a particular vehicle. There is a Best Taxi Association dispatcher a short walk from the ships. If the dispatcher can't provide you with a SUV, you can call VI Taxi Association dispatch and request an SUV. You may have to meet them outside the gate, though, because of Best Taxi. VI Taxi dispatch number is 340 774 7457.
  10. Audcc, the 6 minimum doesn't always mean that you have to find more people to join the tour. It used to mean that at least 6 people had to sign up for that day and time or the tour operator had the option to cancel the tour. Without seeing the tour description I can't tell if that's the case with any tour.
  11. The regular 2 hour tour offered at the dock is $38. No beach stop. They will put you with others wanting to take a tour. Many of the reservations for group and private tours are now offered through online travel sites like Viator.
  12. Sorry, no. Godfrey has been offering tours for years, and no business is perfect. People who have an issue with a business are more likely to post reviews than people who had a good time, so I wouldn't let a few negative reviews deter me from taking a tour with a provider. More taxi drivers are using Online Travel Agent sites like Viator to market their tours so it's harder to deal directly with the person actually doing the tour. You might want to check with Ivan. I watched a YouTube video posted by a cruiser who used him for a tour, and I liked what I saw so I put his number in my phone. 340 643 6963.
