I sent them my broker’s statement but they rejected it two days later and said I had to go through Stockperks. Perhaps the US version is different from the overseas one. Good luck.

I was somewhat uncomfortable giving stockperks all my investment account information including passwords, etc. With that information someone could drain my account. I have done some online research and they seem legit so I gave them that information. They promised to get back to me within 5 days. In the meantime I will be checking my account activity daily.

As to wine choices, they will make a copy of all their wines - both included and extra charge ones.

On two different cruises we could not make it in to Kirkwall because of bad weather, so we have never made it there.

About a year ago, our Miami Regent pre-cruise hotel was the Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne. What luxury!

Regent only offered us one stop flights from LAX to London. The stops were just over an hour which might be pretty tight for us and our luggage to get to the next flight if they are in another terminal. Although we have around 200 days with Regent, we are thinking of looking elsewhere in the future.

We have been struggling with Regent air. The phone wait times are frustrating. Just to compare, I checked the internet to see what Princess would charge for LAX-LHR in May business class. They listed many possible flights and I chose a KLM flight for $3,070 round trip non-stop business class. I could even pick my seats before committing to the cruise. I did this in about 5 minutes on the Princess website. If only Regent was as good as Princess in making the air reservations!

If I get refundable credit, I usually cash it in immediately on the ship so that further charges go onto my credit card which gives me 3%. My ancestors are Scottish so I am tight with my pennies (not really).
