  1. Just to let you know, I received an email from your account that was scamming asking me to buy apple and amazon cards. We had originally emailed over a coastal in 2018 before you had to cancel. John
  2. Update your medical info. I have heard from a few cruisers lately that got them back into the Green Line.
  3. Magnets have been covered. Here are a few others: Get a shoe rack to hang on the outside of the bathroom door. This will allow for storing all types of items besides shoes. AMAZON Link. Use the floor of the closet wisely. It is a great place for storing less needed items. Room steward can supply extra hangers, Store luggage nested under the bed. As for extra outlets for charging, there is usually a spare outlet behind each tv on the older ships. I use extension cords and plug in multiples to the first one. As for power strips, good luck finding a non GFI and convincing the the checkers it isn't one.
  4. I have heard some say yes on our Thread for the Island Princess. As we use mostly privates, I have no personal experience.
  5. When we did the Chef's Dinner in 2018, we had 5 groups of 12 signed up through our thread. One person turned in all the names on the first days and we received our confirmations in our rooms over the next few days. If you try to do this, you will need to collect first/last names and room numbers. As for the food, best meal ever on a cruise by far! We did it pre-covid so we were in the Kitchen for the first hour with 5 horderves from 5 of the main chefs on board. Then we proceeded to our table for the meal. Ours lasted over 3.5 hours in all with the head chef doing a lot of the final prep at our table side. Another option I don't think was mentioned here is the Winemakers. These are only done on the Royal class ships I believe. Great wine pairing with a great meal, but not at the level of the Chef's Dinner. A third option is the UBD (Ultimate Balcony Dining). This is a surf and turf meal served on your balcony or in your room. This one can be reserved before boarding.
  6. I believe you still can. We never buy insurance before final payment. There are caveats though in regard to pre existing conditions.
  7. Yes, and they have about 85 uke’s to lend out that you keep till the end, all 85 were lent out the first day and a wait list started.
  8. Link for signup for the site is above. There is a meet and greet page with a signup for M&G on the site.
  9. Here is the signup post: Use this LINK to signup for the website. An email with the website link should come to you automatedly after you hit submit. Please don't post the link to the site as it will contain emails. If you do not see it, read instructions below. Make sure to go to the activities at sea to signup for all types of activities. We will need other Cruisers to lead the events such as Slot Pulls, maybe a Chefs Dinner etc. Please email me if you are interested. Any problems, let me know. I can only hope Ihave all the share attributes correct. Also, if you are on a page and fill out the formfor signing up, make sure to refresh the web page to see the changes. If you haven't seen an email after lets say 1 hour, email me (email is in my signature on CC). Make sure to also check wherever your email system sent it to junk/spam mail as the email contains a link to a site and some security filters reject these emails as spam.
  10. Welcome aboard. There is another thread for this cruise besides this one on prepping.
  11. Your right, by signup I meant you can flag it for yourself. A lot of people have flagged the uke classes.
  12. Was just on the Medallion app and noticed signups are up for Uke, Arts and Crafts, and Hula classes are up for some of the days at sea.
