Hi, I had several questions about taking the Amtrak from the cruise port to Seattle. 1) Do we need to show a negative covid test? 2) We are on the Royal Caribbean Radiance of the Seas and we dock at 7:30am. The train available on that day is 11:30am. Do you think we will make it in time if we take the luggage off the cruise ship ourselves? 3) Is there a possibility of renting a vehicle and driving to Seattle? TIA!
