We use Geo Blue annual family plan for medical. We also have a NetJet membership for medical evacuation/repatriation just in case we don't like what Geo Blue considers suitable evacuation. Chase Sapphire coverage for trip cancellation/interruptions is $20K per trip if purchased on Chase. Pre-existing conditions exclusions apply. We usually, not always, self-insure for cancellation/interruption above that. We always book cruises with Sapphire to get the double points.

Just did land tour, no cruise. You can buy Zambia visa on arrival at Livingstone airport. If you want to see Vic Falls from the Zimbabwe side (airport is in Zambia) you can buy a "Kaza" visa. Visas are priced in USD and I paid for ours at airport immigration via credit card.

We booked a GV but came late to the party so we have to change suites mid-voyage on a turnaround day. The GV is sold out. Will we need to do anything other than alert our butler or room attendant and empty the safe? We are accustomed to moving assistance on other cruise lines.
