We are having similar issues with FBC for our Sep 15 sailing. Flying to Venice on Sep 10. Outgoing flight not yet ticketed and now no flight details showing in our British Airways account. Return flight from Barcelona was cancelled in March. No notification from FBC. Found out when it was time to make final pmt. They told our TA that it would take 10 days to sort out. Took 2 months and only lasted 2 days. We were then notified there had been another change in our return flight. Looks like we are no longer on the second leg of the journey. We are travelling with friends who have the same return flights so I know the flight is available. At this point, I will be happy to arrive in Venice on Sep 11 as planned.

You had a much more fortunate and positive experience than we have to date. We depart in September and our return flight was cancelled in May, Flights by Celebrity told us it would take 10 days to resolve so we went ahead and made final payment. Multiple calls by our TA and they kept sending confirmation of the cancelled flight (with an outdated booking reference number). Finally, 2 weeks ago got another notification that our flight was cancelled but still no alternate flight. Interestingly, our reservation is linked to our friends' reservation and they received their alternate flight over 3 weeks ago. And, on top of that, our flight to Venice on BA still hasn't been ticketed and we fly out in 41 days.

This sounds exactly like what happened to us. We received no notification that our flight from Barcelona post cruise had been cancelled and only found out about it when our TA called to make final payment. That was May 31 and we are still waiting for a new flight to be assigned for our Sep 29 homeward journey. And, up until last Sunday, when our TA called, they would keep sending him confirmation that we were booked on the cancelled flights. This in spite of the fact that they were advised that the one flight had been changed in my British Airways account and the connecting flight had been removed. Friends who we are travelling with (linked reservations) received notification of a replacement flight almost 3 weeks ago. Fingers crossed that we will receive notification soon and that out flights to Venice will get there on Sep 11 as planned.
