Hello, We will be on the Beyond, 8 night ABC islands on April 27th sailing. I noticed that elegant night (to us the best menu) is on the fourth day when we are docked in Aruba until 11pm. We will be spending the day on the island, curious as to how late can we show up for dinner in the MDR? Is it possible we can walk in for 10pm dinner. Does anybody know what time they shut the doors for dinner? Thank you.

My brother in law says the steaks at the Rooftop are better than the Steakhouse. Honestly, we never dined at the Rooftop and the Steakhouse was just ok, nothing great, therefore, we are thinking of giving Rooftop a try. What are your experiences regarding rooftop? We are leaving Aruba 11pm, would like as late as possible for dinner there, does anybody know how late we can dine at Rooftop. We are spending the day at a major hotel in Aruba and will get back around9:30pm and like to know if we can show up by 10 pm for dinner there?

It wouldn't be much of a problem for me as we are in the casino till 2am and generally its very quiet past midnight. But I get your points. We just happy to get on this sailing its sold out other than the most expensive suite.

Hello, Curious how Celebrity chooses guarantee staterooms to people that book them. For instance, two people/two cabins are booked on an outside cabin guarantee. They have one verandah and one outside stateroom, curious as to how they choose who gets the verandah lets say? Do they go by who booked first, or celebrity tier status or blue chip status as to who gets the verandah and who gets the outside cabin?

Hello, My hubby for valentines day and our upcoming anniversary surprised me with a cruise. I called to book the Beyond, April 27th to the ABC islands only to find there were no available cabins (other than suites). I chose the April 20th Apex sailing instead. This morning, I noticed there was an outside guarantee available on the sailing of the Beyond and booked that. What was most important in this cruise was to get on this sailing and I realize it can be any location, most likely on deck three, but I can't be picky as I am just happy to get on this sailing. With this being said, has anybody booked an outside guarantee on any of the E class ships and can you share your experience from it? Have you been upgraded, etc.? When were you contacted regarding your cabin assignment (I realize it could be up to two days before the cruise)? This is my second cruise in six months so I am happy with anything to be honest. Just like to hear what your thoughts and experiences. Thank you.

Does anybody know what brand of shampoo/conditioner/soap are given on the Apex for Concierge class?

You are assigned Blu but you can eat at any of the MDR. On the Beyond, we dined at Blu the first two evenings, had not good service overall, it was very loud in that room also, and we were not allowed to choose items from the MDR menu. We had our remaining dinners at the MDR, tried different ones with NO problems. On the Equinox, Blu was overall outstanding and they gave us the MDR menu also if we wished to order anything from there. On this ship, we wouldn't even dream of going to the MDR. I say give Blu a try a night or two then make a decision.

I just noticed there are no openings for our sailing in April, I will keep watch and also check when I get on the ship thank you.

Hello, We always had aqua class staterooms but yesterday my other half surprised me for Valentine's Day and booked an upcoming cruise. He was not able to get aqua class and there was one cabin left, Concierge was the only stateroom remaining which he booked. We have some questions: 1- In concierge staterooms what brand of shampoo/conditioner/soap do they use? Aqua class they give bigelow products but unsure about concierge class? 2- In the Oceanview cafe, there is no bar to get a cocktail, where do we get cocktails from there? Are there people walking around asking if we would like drinks? 3- How is the Rooftop Restaurant? Thank you.

Mine also wins jackpots on each cruise, on the equinox one of his hits was 20k. I guess if he doesn't hit anything in the first three days he just stay out more, which is a shame because he enjoys playing like your husband does. Thank you.

I am tossing back and fourth and need your advice. My hubby loves the slots and did not care for the casino on the Beyond (I believe the slots in general) and preferred the Edge casino but loved the casino on the Equinox. We want to cruise this April but the Equinox is doing longer cruises, we only want a 7/8 night cruise this year. Which leaves me the choices of the Apex or the Reflection. Which casino out of these two ships do you prefer and why? Our late night favorite place is the sunset bar. I heard the Reflection cabins are not really updated, so taking all this in considering I appreciate your advice and thoughts. Thank you.

Hello, After spending two hours on phone to just purchase the drink package and internet and ready to pull out my hair because it should only taken ten minutes, I went on line and do not see the words "premium" for the drink package and wi fi. There's a code BCC 57 All Inc which I assume means all inclusive. Question, does this mean it is the classic and not the premium, can anybody give me any advice as I hate to sit on the phone that long again? LOL

So, that would enable us to be able choose the dining room we want? Did I understand correctly? I guess having 8:30 would mean more of a chance of less waiting time, because if we had select, we usually like dinner around 7pm and that generally is prime time. Hello, My hubby just surprised me for a cruise on the Apex for our anniversary in April. He was unable to get anytime dining and we received late dining. I realize there are four dining rooms on this ship, which dining room would we be assigned in for late seating, does anybody know? I assume that we are assigned a table that we get every night? We have a wedding to go to on august 18th there. There is no such thing as a cheap hotel, the Marriott cost us over 550 a night. Why the rudeness people? We go on 2-3 cruises a year but due to health issue I can't travel until I recooperate which will be around the end of June and it be a way for us to get back to cruising and combining a cruise and our aruba trip we think be nice.

Hello. We are booked for our yearly Aruba trip for august 16-26. Carnival has a ship going to aruba and docking on August 14th. I can get two extra nights at the hotel in Aruba. My question is, am I allowed to get off the ship and not end the cruise where she originated from and just fly back home into Miami (same city as I depart on the Celebration) ? Has anybody done this and if so, will there be any problems on getting home from Aruba to Miami or is there any fees/taxes we need to know or any advice you can give us on this? We really would love to combine a cruise and land trip vacation this year. I called Carnival they said this is not allowed, but then, what happens to those who take ill or have family emergencies and need to leave the ship and fly off on an island? We really appreciate any advice you can give us, thank you all.

Thank you for your review. I been only on the newer ships and never the Equinox class but I do expect older is going to show its age. I only care about the bed mattresses because we both have herniated discs in our backs and neck. I love the photos of the food and than you for that. All I know, my husband better get on his necessary zoom work calls, we have premium internet and its vital he get on them four days, they are about two hours each day. I wonder if we go to the I lounge if internet is better? I also want to check on my pets at home on the cameras. I am sorry your internet was slow on deck, maybe inside the ship would of been better? What time did you go late evening for snacks at the buffet? I currently have bad ulcers and have to stay away from pasta and pizza so hoping at midnight there be other foods to choose from. People this week spoke about going to the Obrservation Sky Lounge being closed to private parties a lot, did you experience this too? What was your favorite place to hang out during the evenings? We were only able to get one evening at Tuscan and one at Murano but when boarding we are hoping to book other evenings, which was your favorite? Thank you so much and glad you had a good time.

Hello, I like the Bigelow products glad they remain to have them. That is great I am able to order off the MDR in Blu a big plus star for me. So glad we be able to use our cameras. I thought Gelato was one scoop daily thank you for the heads up.

We are on the same cruise first time also on S class and sailing Aquaclass this time also.

Hello just a few questions if you don't mind as we leave this saturday. What brand if hair shampoo/conditioner is provided? We want to walk on our luggage, its much easier just putting it inside the cabin right away and not keep looking for it to arrive, what deck do we board on and disembark on? We are in aqua class, that would mean I dine in Blu, question, am I able to have dinner in the MDR? We will have premium internet, do you feel we will be able to check our cameras at home? Has anybody checked their cameras on this ship and found any problems in doing so on this ship? Is it true, Elites get complimentary daily gelato? Do they still stock the mini refrigerators in the staterooms? Thank you!
