We have a RCL Visa card that we always use for booking a cruise, my question is if I take say $500 OBC for my reward points but on the cruise I only use $200 of it do I lose the remaining $300 or can I get cash at the end of my cruise. The reason I ask is that we are both in our 80s & we dont except tours buy much on board.

We are a couple in our 80s so we dont have many cruises left, my question is we will be on the Equinox for 12 nights starting dec 9th for a 12 day cruise, we have a cabin selection 2B. I wont give out the cabin # but is 2B a choice I should worry about? We will be on DECK 7, any cabins to avoid? Thank you for any help.

I miss the time my wife & I spend together, when we are in the solarium holding hands in our deck chairs, looking at her as she gets ready for dinner, seeing her smile when we walk around the deck. We had a cruise planned for late June to celebrate our 63rd annv. now I have to find somewhere else to hold this lady & not seem out of place.

Got the second refund for my B/B on Equinox March 24th & April 4th, got the March refund a week ago & the April refund today right down to the penny.

I booked thru a TA & when our March 28th cruise was cancelled I emed the form Celebrity sent me & I got my money 3 days ago, did not call TA.

When the cruise line sent me an EM asking if I want %100 refund or a %125 on another cruise I choose %100 refund. I waited 30 days for my refund & then call my TA, got my refund 4 days later. Dont know if that helped but it didnt hurt.

We bought a b/b on the Equinox sailing, 1st cruise sailing March 28, 2020 & the 2nd cruise sailing April 4, 200.

We received our COMPLETE cruise refund on May 5th for the March 28th sailing, so I figure maybe next week we will get the 2nd week refund. So far I am VERY HAPPY with how Celebrity got our money to us with-in 30 days.

I used a TA & got a response I will get my refund between the 4th & 9th of May & I got it on the 5th for the 1st cruise.

At 85 & wife at 81 we dont have many more ( if any left) cruises and after 55+ cruises I guess we have seen our last. But we will will still hang in there as long as we can walk up the gangplank.

It has been over 30 days since my cruise got cancelled, no refund. Call my TA & she said another 3 to 4 weeks. I am beginning to have doubts if I will ever get a refund.

My doctor said NO WAY would he give a letter saying It was OK to cruise, he would be looking at a law-suit from the cruise line if anything happened to me on the cruise, by the way wife & myself are both over 80 & take VERY little medication & are in very good health.

We had a b/b on the Equinox starting  on March 28th, so we are looking in excess of $4000. I will not even look at another cruise untill I get my refund. My wife & myself are people who cruise 3 or 4 times a year but I dont want to chance the cruise line filling some kind of suit so they dont have to pay all that money back. But in my way of thinking they had my money well ahead of the sailing time & collected intrest on it why shoud I have to wait so long for my refund, I didnt cancell the cruise they did. I know they said 30 days for the refund but I would give odds it is going to take longer then 30 days to get my refund.
