We are sailing out of Copenhagen in September MSC webpage says we have to have a negative Covid Test 48 hours prior to boarding. I then downloaded the Zoe App which states MSC do the Antigen Tests. Contacted MSC who advised they no longer do Antigen Tests and we were responsible for our own Testing. I strongly advised them to alter the info on the App so as not to have Cruisers rock up untested

We booked this cruise through Cruise Guru thank goodness !!! Communication is much easier through them than MSC direct. Luckily we hadn't booked our airfares yet but I must admit I am not disappointed at 3 extra days. Our Suite has also disappeared, but hoping after 4 July will be back online again as email had that as the cut-off date to respond.
