I've posted this in another thread I'm sure - I don't know how much less expensive other providers are for the COVID insurance but what I can tell you is that with the MSC option you will be looked after. Hotels for isolation, repatriation flights, taxis both in the country you are isolating in and when you arrive home. And, @ €25 per person it's not extortionate. Just my own experience.

We were on the Preziosa a few weeks ago and like bac513, it was pretty much a waste of money. It worked here and there, and was really only good for messaging. A little tip - for the Norwegian Fjord cruise we were on recently, 3/4/5G worked for the majority of the trip, with a few exceptions of a couple of hours here and there. I think most of us in the EEA have decent roaming allowances, so once you're not going crazy streaming, your personal package should be more than ample.

Apologies for asking such a question but I cannot find the answer anywhere and it's not in my itinerary as far as I can see. Google gives me a few options! Sailing on the 10th July to the Fjords - if anyone is on the same cruise let me know and we can have a chat. I found it on the MSC Website 🙂 two minutes after posting this. Funnily, I never thought of looking there! Again, anyone travelling on the same cruise get in touch!
