  1. Mine was Wonder of the Seas in case anyone is curious.
  2. I earned a block on my cruise the first week of September and filled out the form onboard and I got the block delivered about two and a half weeks later. So fulfillment is happening very quickly now.
  3. Regardless, it’s the same back end payment process if the TA charges it or you book it yourself on NCL.com so it shouldn’t be an issue.
  4. It absolutely works if you book through a TA. The charge will be processed exactly the same as if you booked through NCL. I have done this with a previous NCL AMEX offer It also works for any pre-cruise purchases done on NCL.com such as prepaid gratuities, shore excursions, spa, beverage package upgrades. Again I know from personal experience. Interestingly, I got this on my AMEX Platinum and added it to my card and then had my spouse check their authorized user gold card that is linked to my platinum card (but they have their own AMEX online login for it) and the offer was showing there still for them to add so they added it. I will be very curious to try this to see if we both get the $350 credit.
  5. In regards to the AMEX Platinum card cruise privileges program where you get the OBC and bottle of wine, yes most TAs can do this for you. They have a special AMEX website they go to and put in your cruise booking details and amounts and it generates a code that they then call a special 1-800 number at Celebrity and the Celebrity agent adds the OBC and bottle of wine perk to the reservation and it shows on your invoice then. The reservation must be fully paid with the AMEX platinum card. As for splitting it up with multiple platinum cards, I am not sure, but I would think it would work. The insurance questions are a bit specific but I would generally never suggest to use the platinum AMEX insurance coverage as your primary method of insurance for a cruise, especially if it’s an expensive booking. I always recommend you just buy travel insurance separately.
  6. Bookings in general are way down for Q4 on Celebrity. So they are definitely trying to get some gamblers onboard.
  7. You just gamble with your sea pass as your casino players card. You don't register for the Blue Chip Club specifically, it's just automatic I believe.
  8. I'm getting a full size cabana on Apex in January. We have a group of 5 so it will be a nice relaxing space to gather on a sea day.
  9. It's from their Blue Chip Casino club. It's legit. There are many recent threads here on the Celebrity board regarding the Blue Chip club and free cruise offers.
  10. They are under the specialty dining section, which is a bit odd.
  11. Exactly. If I’m paying an extreme amount of money for a PH and free gelato is a perk of sailing in a PH, then I don’t want to be put in an awkward position where I have to ask and correct someone to tell them it should be free at the point of sale.
  12. We wear dark jeans to dinner almost every night, including evening Chic nights and specialty dining. No issues whatsoever and no one will even bat an eye.
  13. Yes I know that. I meant, I don’t recall if the last time I was on Celebrity in April and January if they had Stoli. I seemed to recall they favored Smirnoff (which I find disgusting). Hoping they have Stoli blueberry when I’m on Millennium next month.
  14. How old is this menu? I see Stoli listed on here, but I can't remember if they even have Stoli anymore.
  15. Same with specialty dining then? Do they just bring a $0 bill?
  16. Silly question but I know the gelato and specialty restaurants are free for RS and above, but how does that work in reality? Like when I go to get some gelato do I have to say that I am in the PH and that it should be free? Or is the sea pass just coded to ring up as $0 for these things?
  17. I love them with the meringue on top. I am going to ask our butler if he can get a stash of them for us next month.
  18. I would maybe wait until tomorrow to see if the confirmation email and invoice comes. I wonder if there is some delay because it’s the weekend?
  19. The Distinctive Voyages have absolutely nothing to do with timeshares, upsells or anything like that. They are literally just freebie perks that TAs offer, just like they offer free OBC sometimes. No different. Also, if the TA consortium doesn’t get a certain number of bookings into the sailing then the freebie may change from a shore excursion to something more basic like a bottle of wine and some OBC.
  20. I think you have to call them. I don’t see an option just to upgrade.
  21. Aqua class rooms get regular Wi-Fi. An Aqua class suite is only on some ships, it’s similar to a Sky Suite.
  22. Yes classic alcohol package will include soft drinks, regular bottled water, and non-alcoholic frozen drinks like piña coladas, daiquiris.
  23. Tea Forte is an extra cost (or included in beverage package). They don’t just leave it out for anyone to take.
