Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Sailing Wonder Sept 3-10! Very excited to be back! I have a few questions. -We haven't sailed with RC since 2018, because of the shutdown and having a child. Do we still need to print boarding passes, or are the passes in the app all we need along with passports. (Obviously print luggage tags.) -Also, this is our first time booking a GTY cabin! On the app our boarding passes have the deck but no stateroom, am I able to narrow down which rooms may be ours by what is left available on the website, or is this incorrect? -We also bid on Royal Up, if we are not selected will we get a denial email, or just never hear back? Not hopeful, but one can dream. - Are the wrist band key cards a good $10 investment? Do they work well on board? Parents with a toddler, so something to help free up our hands sound blissful. Thanks all!
  2. Any suggestions of what to do in this port that would be child friendly? Are Taxis safe/reliable? Any tips and tricks for this port welcome. Sailing September on Wonder of the Seas (Royal). Also stopping in St Maarten and Coco Cay.
  3. Thanks so much for the tips, he is fully pee trained, we are just working on #2. I will continue to work on it with him. I appreciate the input. We are not interested in Carnival, the line is just not our vibe. Worst case I will just keep him with me throughout the cruise.
  4. Thank you, I will start working with him more.
  5. How strict are they about pull ups in the 3-5 year age range? My son is 3.5 and MOSTLY potty trained, he has an occasional #2 accident. I was planning on keeping him in pullups during the trip just for convenience (so I don't have to clean messy underpants on the ship 🥴.) I will clarify that I do NOT expect them to change my son if he has an accident, I would gladly go get him. But I also don't want him to miss out on the kids club, he goes to school at home and LOVES to go see his "fwends" Any experience from past cruisers with toddlers?
  6. Hello! We are booked on the Sunrise on September 15th, and our arrival time is scheduled for 10-10:30am. What time can we expect to be allowed to board? We have a toddler, so timing is everything. I would hate to have to wait in the terminal for 2.5 hours with him. He would be going crazy by then. We are in an ocean suite with priority boarding. Any insight is appreciated!
