  1. I filed a claim with my credit card company about a week ago. I already got the credit back to my credit card less than a week later (thank you Amex). Princess also gave me my future cruise credit, wondering if filing a claim on the charge on my end prompted them to do the work on their side. I choose the option that gave me my money back + 100% future cruise credit (I had an end of March sailing date that provided this option). The 100% future cruise credit doesn't include taxes and fees I guess, cause I paid a little over $900 and only got $700 and change toward future cruise cre
  2. I was booked for Sky Princess sailing out on 3/21/20. Still no credit back to my card or future cruise credit on my account. I'm now filing a dispute with my credit card to get my money back, it's been over 60 days from the date of sailing. It would have been nice to get the 100% future cruise credit they promised, & I hope I still do. Since Princess can't process a refund in a timely manner, I hope my credit card will. If I don't get my future cruise credit, I think I'll boycott Carnival. I'm upset with them handling this so slowly. There are articles online suggesting Carniva
  3. So we called princess today, they tell us 60 days to process refund. They also told me of I dispute the charge with my cc, I should still receive the future cruise credit. Take that with a grain of salt, I don't see it written anywhere. The length of time you have to dispute a charge varies by credit card. I plan to wait to the last couple days to dispute it with my cc, in hopes princess will process the refund before then.
  4. You only have 60 days to file a dispute with your credit card. After that, if princess doesn't refund us we're just screwed and nothing we can do?
  5. I submitted for option 1 a couple of weeks ago through the form on the princess website, I haven't even recieved a confirmation that they got the form. Did anyone get a confirmation via email after submitting option 1 or 2?

Click that link, and you can see that your options are below. Example for the dates of cruise cancellation March 12 - March 25: Under option 1, if your cruise initially cost $1,000, that $1,000 will be put toward a Future Cruise Credit.
