We are due to dock in Barcelona at 1pm on the 30th October, and I would like to book tickets for Sagrida Familia & the towers. Can anyone guide me on the best time to book, allowing for disembarking and getting to the venue?

do you have any pictures of deck 13 balconies? We will be in 13115

Will 6 hours give us enough time to get to Pompeii & back with enough time at the attraction?

Cheers that's brilliant information & a great picture. I've booked 13115 & I'm so excited - my brother has been with MSC and jad a great time.

Hi, we are travelling on the MSC Fantasia in October & will be calling at Naples. My wife really wants to see Pompeii, so any advise on the best way of getting there, and ticket advise would be greatly appreciated - Cheers

Hi everyone, I have decided to go for it & book the Fantasia cruise in October, and I have a few balcony options on Deck 13. One of the options is 13115, which is on the section that juts out (novice cruiser talk!!) as it is where the elevator is. Has anyone stayed in one of these suites, and is it a disadvantage being so close to the elevator? Are the suites any different in the "jutty out" bit to the others (i.e. 13090 or 13066 are current options)
Any advise would be greatly appreciated, as I want to get this booked, but want our first cruise to be as special as possible - Cheers

I was looking for advise on whether it is a good ship for a first cruise, and advise on best rooms etc having never done it before. I,m sure that everyone sought as much detail as possible before making a decision?

thanks everybody I'm almost sure we are going to take the plunge - can't wait

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum as I'm trying to make a big decision. My wife & I really fancy giving cruising a try, and we've found one that appeals to us, on the MSC Fantasia, leaving Marseille on the 24th October and touring the Med. We are tied to school holidays, as my wife is a teacher, so this fits in with our dates. I would really appreciate any views on the ship, advise on cabins, packages, trips etc before I take the plunge.
I look forward to hearing from anyone that has been on this ship, or any other for that matter, that can give me an insight into what to expect:confused:
Hair Straighteners

Just a quick question, are hair straighteners allowed on board MSC ships? I think I read somewhere that any heating elements were not allowed
