  1. IHi Casanova02, f you mean excursions, etc, MSC will send you an email verifying that you have reserved them. As for the cruise documents themselves I’m afraid I have no information to offer on that. I couldn’t print my cruise documents either, but because we booked through a TA, the TA sent us our cruise tickets. i sincerely hope that the pre-board info and your tickets will all be in the MSC system when you check in at port.
  2. You're very welcome. Have a great cruise!
  3. I would guess that since you booked through a US TA, you have use of MSC’s US site. That’s the only explanation I can think of. The US website—while not awesome by any means—is MUCH better than the Canadian site. We booked in either late October or early November and I don’t think I have ever been able to access the excursions on the Canadian site. Drink packages are there. Spa treatments? Lots of them. I can even order cakes. But not excursions. 🙁
  4. You’re very welcome! I hope it works for you. I forgot to add, this just reserves the excursion: you can’t pay for it through the US site. You pay once on-board.
  5. Guys. GUYS. Someone on that big social media site figured out how we can book excursions on the US site! He took a couple screenshots to share his discovery. Step #2 (erasing browser history) is vital: it won’t work otherwise. Hat tip to Sylvain Despelteau!
  6. Someone just posted them (Dec 25) on the MSC Seaside group on a very large social media site.
  7. Yeah, we're sailing in a month and the Canadian site is still showing no excursions for the trip. The site as a whole is... problematic.
  8. will they send us a message to tell us? Or will we just not get an acceptance message?
  9. What browser are you using? I had trouble with the main site in Safari, but it works ok in Chrome.****EDIT: just saw you tried three different browsers. Sorry I didn't catch that the first time. Maybe try clearing your cache? On the other hand, I haven't been able to get it to show me excursions for our Feb 1 sailing, so I really don't know what is happening. 🤷‍♀️ Merry Christmas to you too! 🎅
  10. It's strange how different people can read the same text and get a completely different meaning from it. So, straight up, I will state that I haven't yet been on an MSC ship, so anything I say here is based on the research I have done in preparation for my upcoming sailing. As I understand it, Roy's Asian Market is made up of three different restaurants: Teppanyaki, a sushi bar, and an Asian fusion restaurant. Though I have not seen them available for booking in advance, I have seen Roy's in the following packages: -Discover Roy's Cuisine; package is three meals, one at each of Roy's three Asian venues. -Duo package: seems to include Butcher's Cut and EITHER the sushi restaurant OR the Asian fusion venue; it doesn't look like Teppanyaki is part of this. NOTE: these are for the Seaside. I don't know if things are different on other ships. I hope this helps, and I hope your day gets better.
  11. As unsolicited advice and opinions seem to offend you, I don't really expect you will receive this especially well, but if this is how you react to people who answer your questions, people may be unwilling to engage with you in the future. TL;DR: That was a nasty remark when a simple "thank you" would have sufficed.
  12. Hi all. In February, my husband will be sailing on MSC to celebrate his 50th birthday. The day of his BD, we will be in George Town. I would like to plan a special day there with him; can anyone offer some suggestions on what we should do? We will be on GC from 8:00 to 3:00. Stuff about him: he is NOT a beach guy; he likes active pursuits, like running, biking, etc.; he likes seafood. Hit me with your best ideas, please! 🙂
