We are sailing from Ft. Lauderdale on the Nieuw Amsterdam this Saturday. Our boarding time has been pushed back from 12:40 to 1:00 pm. (We’re 4 star so we’d hoped for an earlier boarding time. 😏). Other members in our group have been pushed back to 1:40 pm. The itinerary now shows “All Aboard” time is 2:30 pm. Seems like that’s going to be hard to get everyone on board and through the muster requirement if the sail away time is supposed to be 3:00 pm.

We are flying to Amsterdam next week from Orlando, FL to Amsterdam booked through FlightEase on Iceland Air. The Iceland Air website doesn’t allow you to find information on your flight unless it is booked directly through them. Has anyone ever run into this situation? I’m wondering if we will able to check in online. Thanks.

Are there gluten free choices in the Lido for breakfast and lunch? We’ll be on the Nieuw Amsterdam over Christmas.

I must admit I don’t read cruise critic everyday, so it’s possible I missed the conversation about Holland America ships docking in Port Canaveral. I haven’t seen this before. Will HA continue to use this port? I hope so since it’s much closer to us than Ft. Lauderdale.

Are they taking the cruise from Montreal, Canada? There is information at the website below. Antigen test can be taken 2 days prior to embarkation. Molecular test can be taken 72 hours before. I know this subject has been addressed before, but I was unable to find it. If you are boarding your cruise at 11:40 am on September 3rd, do your take your proctored test after 11:40 am on Thursday (48 hours) or any time on Thursday (2 days)? Thanks for your help.

Our cruise is September 3rd. Last cruise I was able to make dining room reservations on the Navigator app before we left. This time I am not able to do that. I do have the current version of the app. It’s odd also that the promotional credits shown are for our May 2023 cruise. Has anyone been able to make main dining room reservations? Thank you.

I’m sure this has been posted before, but I have not been able to figure out how to search for topics. I’d like to know the cost for internet packages on HA ships. I’d appreciate any help.

Holland America has transfers from the ship in Rotterdam to the airport in Amsterdam. Two years ago when we took it, it was $39 each.
