  2. But there are lots of us that booked before the Premier addition to Sanctuary rooms and only have Plus. So what happens to us 😕. They should have at least made us a good offer to upgrade to premier. Our cruise isn't until November/25.
  3. In the press release regarding their new dining rooms, this is what they say about the new Sanctuary Dining Room... "Sanctuary Restaurant Located on Deck 8 aft, in the previous space of the Americana Diner, the Sanctuary Restaurant will be an exclusive spot for guests staying in the Sanctuary Collection. This venue features a custom chef’s menu, dedicated waitstaff, and breathtaking ocean views, creating an unforgettable dining atmosphere." I am deeply concerned that they think there is going to be "breathtaking ocean views" when the windows look out to the Wakeview Bar and people walking by in their swim suits! Seriously. Come on Princess!!
  4. How did you even book the Signature Dining? My booking says "reservation not required" and no times are available.
  5. The new dining room changes are now showing on the deck plans for after October 14th. They have also renamed the MDR's. It's going to be interesting!!!
  6. We are booked for November 2025. We are in a Vista Suite. I am able to book all specialty dining now and the main dining room is open as well. But when I try to book the Signature Dining it says Not Available. Should I be able to book the Signature Dining room as well now??
  7. The only thing it was letting me do was to edit the two correct people by adding other items. Maybe I was missing something but I certainly didn't see a cancel button. 🤷‍♀️
  8. I couldn't cancel the extra person period. I tried everything in the app and nothing worked.
  9. I called at 1:30pm EST and got the US office if that helps! I am in Canada.

  12. After months of app problems including the extra person in the Medallion, I finally broke down and called Princess. Pressed the number for OceanReady. Was only on hold 5 minutes. Got a lovely lady who within 5 minutes, deleted the extra person, ordered our Medallions and ticked the contract as complete as I couldn't complete this either. We are now "green"! I was hesitant about calling from all the negative comments about how bad customer service is and you get hard to understand people. I even had "someone" on here tell me there were no issues with the app and it was just me 🤔 Just call. Should have months ago!!
  13. So when we booked last year and before the changes, when you first clicked on Penthouse Suite, you got the full list of amenities included on the first screen. Now I see (after you saying) you have to go through the whole booking process on a suite category and at the total room cost page there is "more details & amenities". You have to click that to see all that is included. I would think this should be on the first page, to further entice one looking at a suite.
  14. Yes I know it is on my screen shot. I was showing someone else that didn't know the 1st night specialty dining was a perk to his suite.
  15. This is the amenity list for our Penthouse Suite when we booked. I don't see it on the new Vista Suite list now 😕
  16. I'm having the same problem. No way to delete the "extra" Guest. I have tried different ways as well.

  18. Two other people answered. You can see from the photos that it isn't very pleasant. I haven't been on the Sun yet but from the diagram of deck 8 aft, it looks like people will walk through the dining room to get to the wake pool. Not sure how they can stop this or change this.
  19. We are concerned about it and going to be watching reviews after October. If we didn't have such a good price on our S4 cabin, we would probably cancel. We certainly wouldn't be paying the $6,500+ more it is now 😳
  20. Totally agree. Now we get the noise and the people walking through in bathing suits to the Wake Pool. Plus the view out the windows will be awful!
  21. I have mine and my husband's in the cart and have tried to "place order" for 2 weeks now and nothing happens. Same with passage contract.... I scroll to bottom and complete but still have the "!" on both of us!!
  22. We have always been charged upon making the reservation. But it is refundable of you change your mind or cancel the cruise. Because of this, we have never minded paying up front as it gets some of the holiday cost covered earlier 😆
  23. It won't accept a cc that expires before your cruise date. I had one that does so used that for ship account.
  24. OMG thank you so much Rick. Nice to see someone believes there could be an app problem! I do have the correct requirements for my password. I read through the link you shared. Thank you! I didn't want to change the password at this point but I did log out and then sign in with my booking number. And.... it works fine now! So now maybe I will change my password using a different special character in case it doesn't like the "!" Thank you for helping me work this out without all the negativity others seem to give.
