Boarding began at 1058. I'm all mustered and dining reservations are taken care of. No dining packages this cruise because of Thanksgiving pricing so I expect the dining room to be a madhouse. I hope to be proven wrong. I'm now relaxing in the library with a couple dogs and drink.

Slight delay because the driver was taking us to the wrong Place. When he missed the turn we asked where he was going and we got turned back around. Still here with time to spare. No line so power must have got restored quickly and just waiting on boarding to start now.

Shuttle is here and we are on the move.

That's not the end of the tech trouble. Just heard the power went out at terminal 5 so to expect embarkation to be a mess when we get there. They are not even sure if it has come back online yet.

Ok I made it. Still waiting on four so at least i am not holding up progress here. The issue is they are not using facial recognition. That is such a game changer at speeding up the process.

Im getting worried. Disembarkation has come to a stop and nobody from Royal can really give me any reassurance that the transfer will wait for me. Maybe I should have planned to be out early and wait around outside.

I can see my next home across the way.

Spent about three hours on the island enjoying my surroundings and a great lunch. It was very hot out despite how cool it is back in Florida. Heading back to the ship. Sky again. Almost back now.

I've never noticed this sand sculpture before but I'm not always the most observant person. Obligatory shot of the ships in port. Lunch. You know I had to get a hot dog lol.

While I'm waiting I'll post a couple photos from yesterday. NCL Sky anchored off their private island. Older sister freedom is still tagging along with us. Looking down to the shore. I found a duck.

Sitting in the chairs overlooking the Promenade. Mdr closes at 830 which is nice but I'm not feeling lugging my luggage around more than I have to so I'm gonna pass. I fished my diamond cookies for breakfast. I'll make my way down in time to grab a coffee, priorities.

It was a very bumpy ride last night. Things did get better at some point. I'm so tired I had no trouble sleeping through it once I stopped focusing on it lol.

Good morning. Time to pack real quick and get out of the room. I have a transfer but no documentation. Just instructions to look for the transportation team in blue shirts at 945. Not super reassuring so hopefully it works out.

Ugh, quick update. I don't know what we are sailing through but this is terrible. It feels like when you are docking and the thrusters are being used but it won't stop. I feel like i am sitting on an unbalanced washing machine. I need this to stop.

Been a quiet night cruise wise for me. Once I got done working i ate at Windjammer. It was pretty weak and I didn't bother photographing any of it. I should have done mdr but i was running low on time. The captain has warned of heavy Seas tonight and the doggie bags are on the stairwell. I've still gotta pack but it's gonna have to wait until morning. Good night everyone.

I have too. But never noticed it at 2am before. But then again, I was not looking so maybe it was there and i didn't notice it.

I don't see where it is advertised anywhere so i guess if you know you know. First night there were three tubs open. Last night just one. I guess it just depends but definitely check it out. I might check on Mariner because I don't mind a hot tub just not a lot of people especially when the kids take over.

Right now I am on Independence of the Seas. Tomorrow I will be on Mariner again.

Back on the ship after a great outing on coco cay. Time to get a little work done.

Good morning everyone. I got a phone call at 9 from guest services asking if I had shuttle arrangements for tomorrow. I told them I do not. They offered to arrange if I liked and I said yes. I was half asleep and I do not know if complimentary was a word that was used. Guess I will find out. Hopefully it is a nominal charge if there is one. Layed back down for a little bit but getting up now to go explore perfect buffet at coco cay 😋.

Shut the club down again. They played off the wall music to clear the floor again but we made it until almost 2. Ate some pizza but hopefully I have enough cardio in to counter act it. Already 7k steps since midnight. Going to bed, tomorrow is another perfect day in coco cay.

80s party was a lot of fun. Nightclub in studio B tonight was is my favorite because it's close enough to the casino to go get drinks without using a voucher.

Been here for a half hour waiting on the piano player to come back. He is either done or will come back when the whole ship is at the Promenade party. Im heading there now.
