  1. Thank you for your reply. My TA must have gotten my frantic vm I left and replied to me that they are working on it now. Not sure what happened but looks like my booking number changed so naturally everything got cancelled. Not sure who changed it or why it changed, tbd. Hope they can get all my purchases reinstated for what I paid. fingers crossed. 🤞
  2. Just received multiple emails from Royal. Looks like all my CocoCay Beach club passes, speciality dining, beverage package and my time dining reservations are cancelled. This is for July 2023 on 4day on Independence of the Seas. Any idea why Royal would cancel these? I am on hold now waiting for someone. Hope they can reinstate cause I got a good price for Beach Club passes and beverage package on Black Friday. My son is on the same sailing and his are ok and I booked and paid for his items. I am at a loss why these are cancelled.
  3. I just don’t understand what the problem is and why no one can seem to figure it out. I am calling to the TA that booked it tomorrow and asking them to cancel and rebook it. Hopefully this will give me access. They better not even think of charging me a fee to do so especially if they can’t figure their own system out. I’m done.
  4. I have been having issues since last Friday. I can get into cruise planner but cannot make a purchase. I have called Royal to do it over the phone and they cannot get the credit card to go through. Its not the credit card either as I have been able to use it for other purchases and I have tried 3 different cards too. I am at a complete loss. I have tried different browsers, cleared my cache but nothing helps. I have multiple call back requests, IT tickets opened and no one can seem to tell me what the problem is or how/when it will be fixed. Very frustrating.
  5. Good , maybe Royal is "fixing" the issue with the Cruise Planner purchases not going through. I still could not make a purchase as of this morning and this has been going on since last Friday. Same old "check credit card number" error.
  6. Yep. Been trying since this past Friday. Royal is supposedly still working on it. I dont get it. They advised me that its not all reservations. I have 2 booked and for 1 I can make purchases without a problem. I was advised just to keep the items in the cart and that Royal will honor it.Guess we will have to see how it all shakes out. Frustrating to say the least
  7. You are not alone. Same thing here. Been trying since Friday to purchase several items and can get all the way through to add the payment then it tells me to verify the card or oops we hit a snag. No one at Royal can get it to go through either. I am at a complete loss as to what the issue it. They better get it resolved soon and hoping they honor the sale prices. Only good thing so far is that I have not seen any pending charges for my multiple attempts. Very frustrated.
  8. Still having an issue. I am beyond frustrated. I have called C&A line, I have called online support and no one is able to get my purchases to go through. I am ready to cancel everything. There is nothing wrong with my credit card. I can reserve dining times and that's it.

I know there has been issues with Cruise Planner but does anyone know what this means in my Cruise planner- "Because these guests have a different booking currency or group ID, they must make their own reservations" I have 2 separate reservation booked for a sailing and both reservation numbers appear under my account. I have been trying to book CocoCay Beach club passes for myself and husband but the payment will not go through. When I go into the second reservation for my son and girlfriend, I can book for them using my credit card but it won't let me select myself or my husband and I get this error. I booked with a TA and from what I can tell the group ID is the same. I have asked my TA but they are not sure why I cannot make purchases under my reservation. TIA
  10. We leave tomorrow on the Anthem from Bayonne to Port Canaveral and Bahamas next week. We have been on this ship before in a storm and it was fine and I suffer with motion sickness in the car lol. Cant change the weather. We plan to enjoy this cruise no matter what. If we end up in somewhere else fine by us. We book for the ship/stateroom and not necessarily the itinerary. Enjoy!

  12. We are sailing on the Anthem soon and wanted to know what the process is for dropping off our luggage, we are driving to Cape Liberty. It will be my husband and I. Would we drop off the luggage first at the Star Class area and then park or should one of us stay with the luggage while the other parks the car? I believe our Genie will meet us when inside the terminal and checked in. Any thoughts or experiences is appreciated. TIA
  13. After you made the purchase did you get a receipt via email? I just went back and looked through my emails. First I got the receipt then I went back online to view and schedule the appointments. I did have to create an account. Good luck
  14. I didnt enter in any info, I just selected uninsured. No problem at all using . All the stressing over it and it was barely looked at during check in too.
  15. Hope you had a great cruise. Would love to hear feedback on if you had to use the COR for your sailing. We are in the same "boat". DR office is pushing back saying "they don't understand why we need a letter" or they have not heard its required". Regardless at this point if we have to pay for it we will as a back up. Just want to make sure its all legit and accepted.

  17. I went to Lab Corp website, located the location/address that was listed on test results and from there they have the CLIA number noted. I was able to print out the info also. Hope that helps. * I also called Labcorp and explained what I was looking for and why but they said they do not give out that info. Go figure

  19. Thank you. We are on a 6 day to Roatan and Mexico, so I think we are ok right now. Not the end of the world if we cant get off the ship. We are sailing Star Class for the first time so planning to take advantage of all the ship/activities we can . Fingers crossed.
  20. My husband tests weekly for work and yesterday tested positive on 2 separate home tests. He had no symptoms and is vaccinated. Today he went and had a PCR test done and now waiting for the results of that to come back. He mentioned that he has a cruise scheduled in July and asked will they sign off once he completes his 10day quarantine/recovers. What happens if the doctor/urgent care center doesn't want to sign off on your recovery for whatever reason? What else can we do ? Hope and pray that he tests negative 2days prior? I would like a backup to that. This is too stressful for what should be an exciting time
  21. I am experiencing the same blank screen issue on all Apple Devices, iPhone, iMac and iPad.I have also tried accessing via Safari and Chrome. If I log on with my Dell Computer though, I get right in. Weird.
