  1. This may seem off topic but I think it’s relevant. Our cruise this past April had many families with young children and we expressed our concern that this was not what we had expected based on our previous Azamara cruises and that if this was the geographic Azamara was encouraging it would be a game changer for us. That cruise also had a very large group travelling together that dominated the venues; the specialty restaurants were booked up by them and noise level in all the dining rooms certainly changed the atmosphere. All of this feedback was provided directly to an Azamara sales rep via our TA as well on the post cruise surveys. Now completing this new survey it seems that Azamara does want to attract a different/ newer clientele.Both of these new programs would deter us from booking with Azamara again. As someone said, maybe this survey will go nowhere.

    Doesn’t seem to matter what I do I can’t load any of the cruises in this offer. Can others?

    We have a cruise booked for October and are able to see this cruise in our account. We have a significant amount of onboard credit; last week it showed only a portion of it and today the amount is zero. I will let our TA deal with this when final payment is due. we just finished a b2b in April and as usual the cruise was great and the crew made up for all the IT issues we encountered and there were several. I see few comments on the new booking process and the inability to view cabin availability at the beginning of the booking process. I peruse several cruise lines and have never encountered a process such as Azamara has now moved to. Yes I could leave this to my TA as others have mentioned but I like to do my own homework. I know the ships well and I know where I want my cabin to be. I don’t understand the reasoning behind this move and certainly has me looking at others lines more closely. Does anyone else agree?
  5. Has anyone tried to do a booking with the new system. After multiple attempts does not seem to be anyway to see available rooms in any category. Once you choose a room category goes straight to guest info. Am I missing something?
