  1. We’re keeping it. I don’t mind watching Tony Hadley and revisiting my late teens/ early 20s and Anton du Beke seems entertaining. It’s also going to ports I want to see at a slightly cooler time of year than the scorching July/August temperatures we’ve had to travel in when I was still working and we’d rather go from Southampton than do a fly cruise.
  2. It looks like this cruise is being sold solely by a UK TA. We had an email from Princess not long before Christmas informing us our May 3rd 2025 Sky Princess cruise is now only being sold by this particular TA. Our booking stays the same and I’ve looked at it on cruise personaliser to check excursions etc and I can still access everything there regarding the booking. On the TA website they are listing three extra entertainment things, from memory: Anton du Beke and a female Strictly dancer, Tony Hadley and Brian Connelly(?). The email said these ‘enhanced entertainment’ shows would be ticketed but would be offered to us on a complimentary basis’. It also said the usual Princess productions would be available as well. I can’t really see how any of this benefits Princess as being a Med cruise I would have thought it would book up fairly well or why Princess seems to be going down this route with a few cruises out of Southampton but others may have a better understanding than me.
  3. I ended up purchasing over the phone. However I’ve found a work around which gives some of the usual options. Go to the Booked Guests tab but instead of clicking Access Cruise Personaliser, go on Surprise Someone with a gift under the Helpful Links heading. You have to enter a couple of details about the passenger and that will then bring up some of the onboard services options. I assume that there’s nothing to stop you gifting yourself but I didn’t go through the whole process as I’d already sorted it out on the phone. Might be worth a go though for the OP.

  5. I tried on my laptop and husband tried too on his. No joy! It was working fine a week ago when I went on there to check the cost of something but now I want to order, Princess must want me to save the money. Probably not a bad thing!
  6. I can’t get on cruise personaliser at all now and the ‘having technical difficulties’ notice comes up. Maybe someone at the IT department has already got on to resolving the problem. 🤞

  8. Exactly the same for me and I’ve been trying for several days now. I’m also on an iPad.
  9. I’ve got a 12 day cruise in a couple of weeks and also received a bunch of random date emails with the same message you have had. Nothing has changed from my bookings on the app. Had the same earlier this year on another cruise too. Probably some sort of glitch.
  10. Except I am a UK resident with only a UK IP address and yet if I try to access the UK site on my phone I can only get a Europe Princess website and experience the same problems as the OP. The same IP address will be used for my iPad and gets me on to the UK website so I can only put it down to some website glitch.
  11. There is definitely something up with Princess website in UK. I tried going on to it via my phone which I haven’t used before for looking at cruises. I get the same as you but looking carefully the price on the front page is in Euros, not pounds. I think that’s why you can’t get anywhere with finding cruises as your IP address, like mine, will be a UK one. I wonder if when booking from Europe you have to use a travel agent rather than booking direct. However, if I use my iPad which is what I have always used for Princess I have no problem researching cruises at all. I’m assuming the cookies on that ensure I reach the right site. I don’t know what to suggest to get on the right site I’m afraid but did want you to know that it’s not just you.
