  1. Thank you both! I think she will love it!
  2. Thank you so much...She is 8 and is just starting to get into photography...and she loves to learn...so Sounds like this is for her. Have a great day!
  3. Good Morning- I know that one of the activities offered is a photography class during a journey cruise. My granddaughter is 8, would she be able to do this...and what do they teach? Thanks in advance!
  4. Thanks for this review. I can't wait to go on the magic in January!
  5. Its a 9 day cruise with 4 people in the room...Just 1 excursion that they want to take is over $400 for them...
  6. Thank you very much. I don't think they will have anything left over since they will be using it for drinks/excursions...But I might go with the gift card option...I just saw on Carnivals website that they limit cruise cash to $500 per room...
  7. Giving my kids/grandkids spending $$ when we go on our trip. Would you recommend a carnival gift card or cruise cash. Whats the difference between them? Also...the cruise cash that is for build a bear...does that cover the entire cost...or will they need extra $$ along with that?
  8. I can not figure out what I want to do in St. Martin. This will be our first time here...It will be out 5th port day in a row. I know I would like to stop at Safafinas Bakery, grab some Toppers Rhum...and maybe snorkle. Can anyone recommend a tour guide for me?
  9. I use the honey app or the rakuten app...both saves money on hotels...
  10. I just found the Ibotta app for my phone. When I go grocery shopping, I usually get a couple of dollars back from them. Bu the time I cruise...I should have $100 or so... Soda bottles and cans can be returned in my state for 5 cents each. I might have another $100 or so by the time I leave in January...
  11. Thank you both...I don't use the casino a lot...so I'm guessing they just put it in as a rate when they transferred the cruise over. I don't think I will get anything out of it..
  12. Ok...I have a dumb question...What is a casino rate? I booked my cruise when it was a 7 day western Caribbean...and 2 months later, they switched it to a 9 eastern day journey cruise. I called yesterday to ask a question, and the man I talked to said I got a casino rate. They never increased my rate when they changed the cruise...so I am paying for a 7 day western still...at least that is what I was told when they made the change. Is there anything special about the casino rate? Thanks in advance!
