Heading to Alaska in 30 days. Super excited. It's my first time and I'm making a solo trip on Norwegian. I definitely want to ride the White Pass Scenic Railway and had an 8 hour excursion I was eyeballing. However, I also saw Ocean Raft adventure that I really want to do as well, (This one: https://www.ncl.com/shore-excursions/SGY_94/Ocean-Raft-Wildlife-Adventure ) but time wouldn't allow me to participate if I did the longer White Pass Railway excursion listed above.
I DID however, see I could potentially do both White Pass excursion AND the Ocean raft if I chose to do this one instead: https://www.ncl.com/shore-excursions/SGY_01/White-Pass-Scenic-Railway
So I guess here's my question... does anyone have any opinion if one options is better than the other?
Is the 8 hour White Pass and Yukon Expedition > The 2 hour White Pass Scenic Railway + Ocean Raft Adventure?
Or
Is the The 2 hour White Pass Scenic Railway + Ocean Raft Adventure > White Pass and Yukon Expedition?
Price is a non issue for me, but I'm looking for the most memorable vacation experience I can make for myself since this is a bucket list trip for me.
