It is called One Spa World. I believe they are located in London. They are used on most of the cruiselines.

I would not suggest walking from the Sheraton to the pier, even though you can see the ship. There are no sidewalks and the bellhops outside the hotel will discourage you from walking. Cabs are readily available and it might cost $10.00. Well worth it. -
There isn't an actual formal night. Just wear what you want and have a great time! You will see all type of attire. You can go as formal or casual as you like. Enjoy!

It was this way on Saturday as well. I called NCL and the rep stated he thought the cruise had been sold out. Who knows?
