  1. Good news: you can have more than four drinks during HH. 😉 And "drinks" don't have to be alcoholic: water and sodas are available.
  2. Just remember it's a check-in time. You won't be boarding at 10 a.m.
  3. Too bad Jim's proofreading post didn't result in the apostrophe being added here. 😉
  4. You can take small bags on the Skyride. The details of the excursion should show what's included. The entrance fee is $7. We paid $40 for two chairs and an umbrella last week (on our own).
  5. I always check in on the website using my laptop. If on an Alaskan cruise departing from Seattle or Vancouver, check in will be Pacific Time, not Alaska Time (one hour behind).
  6. The port runs a shuttle between Pier 29 and the Midport garage. Otherwise, there is a flat taxi fare for between terminals. I saw it on the sign yesterday when we disembarked -- I think it's $8.
  7. I've used a credit card in a shop in the past. Apex, if memory serves.
  8. Probably, but no one knows for sure. Head over to your Roll Call and see if anyone's posted about passengers in his age group.
  9. I've been on Reflection for 8 days (getting off tomorrow 😢) and haven't seen a single photographer.
  10. Just a note: the last night of the cruise isn't usually Evening Chic because people are packing. It's normal dress requirements, which include no shorts.
  11. Disembarkation info received today on Reflection. Note that there's a difference between being out of your cabin and off the ship. P.S. No one's waiting in line for an hour. When our number is called, we get in line with that group and wait maybe 5 minutes to get scanned off the ship and head for our luggage.
  12. You have to be out of your cabin by 8 am on debarkation morning. The Elite lounge will give you a place to sit after that if you have a later luggage tag number.
  13. On Reflection now and have a few, mostly minor, complaints. We've also sailed Silhouette with few complaints. I'd sail either ship again.
  14. On Reflection now. In port from 8-6. Today's live music, in assorted locations at assorted times: Resident DJ Arjam Acoustic Duo Time Machine Solo guitarist Ge Luz
  15. Yes. Pull up, and they'll whisk the car away and then bring it up for you.
  16. Typical veranda = actual veranda Infinite veranda = a window that opens (not an actual veranda)
  17. There's a parking garage shuttle from the Palm Garage to Terminal 29 (and the other way) because there's no parking at 29.
  18. They arrive when they desire. They board when the ship is cleared to board new passengers.
  19. There are four MDRs; if there's a wait at one, head to another. Shampoo conversation: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2996981-hair-dryers-and-shampoo
  20. Sigh. He was pointing out other frequently violated norms on the ship. BTW, noro isn't usually spread through coughing.
  21. Pier B is privately owned, so if they want to let ships dock, they can, vote or no vote.
