  1. Chill Beach. Aside from fish, she has seen lemon sharks, nurse sharks, and I believe a ray of some sort. It's not world class snorkeling, of course, but it's free and you're already bringing the equipment so not much to lose.
  2. Because it's still a relevant topic that updates weekly?
  3. Likely a time waste. It truly is possible to not be assigned until embarkation day.
  4. It didn't show up b/c there was an ongoing glitch with many cruises that was just recently fixed. I couldn't access mine until yesterday when I was 21 days out. There are occasions where you truly haven't been assigned yet and you see GTY instead of your cabin number but more often than not the barcode trick works. You just have to keep checking.
  5. Not to me but the food there was very good when my generous in-laws got the family an OTW cabana a few months ago. "Worth it" will always be subjective and relative. Someone spends $80K on the Ultimate Family Suite on Wonder. Clearly it's worth it to them. I said no b/c I absolutely love the included food so I have no reason to pay that much to have steak and lobster for lunch and I'm perfectly happy lounging by the giant Oasis pool.
  6. Love going to Cococay without spending a penny! The included food is delicious, especially the chicken sandwiches, mozz sticks, and funnel cakes from the snack shacks and the taco bar with freshly made tortillas from the 2 grills (buffets). Wife usually snorkels 1st thing for a bit then we spend the rest of the day by the pool (and in it) when I'm not stuffing myself with trips between Chill Grill and the nearest snack shack. Add in some frozen drinks (also included since we're Diamond) and we can't get enough of the place.
  7. Reset your password then. You are likely going to want access to the app for more than just the barcode trick.
  8. Yes, cancel it. FWIW, I have booked several interior GTY's and the only free upgrade I've ever gotten was a virtual balcony.
  9. You can also add it to your Apple wallet if you use an iPhone.
  10. Glad something went well at least, Linda.
  11. Most servers are nice enough to bend the rules in my experience. I have taken unopened Truly's back to my cabin to put in the cooler.
  12. I was just coming to post the same thing. After 24 days since check-in, I can now access them (currently 21 days out).
  13. It's not a mistake. It varies greatly depending on ship, time of year, which ships are at Cococay, how many OTW cabanas are left, etc. As an example, a little while ago I saw $1499 for my Indy cruise in 3 weeks and $3499 for my Wonder cruise next June.
  14. It wasn't an either/or with my nieces. 🤣
  15. Don't deprive them of the sugar rush of drinking 4 mocktails per day! 🤣 Joking aside, my 8 & 12 year old nieces became quite addicted to virgin daiquiris during our last family cruise.
  16. Yes, in July on Indy. As others have posted, some have been denied, but I learned about it here and more posters than not seem to have been able to use them.
  17. No. Your C&A status only transfers to spouse/partner who lives with you and children under 18.
  18. Also be aware you get 4 more vouchers on disembarkation morning to use. Could get mimosas or whatever at WJ bar if serving alcohol, fresh squeezed OJ in WJ/MDR, coffee drinks at Cafe Promenade, etc.
  19. Different strokes... We have a routine there that we love. We did that exact same thing both days during our B2B in July and will do the exact same thing when we're there later this month.
  20. Can always do a 3 and 4-night B2B although that isn't a "shorter" cruise of course. We did one in July and going to Cococay twice was one of the main reasons.
  21. If you can't see your set sail pass, it's the problem I mentioned. If you can see it and just haven't been assigned yet, it's not a problem, it's just part of booking a GTY.
  22. Barcode trick... If you use an iPhone, add your set sail pass to your Apple wallet. Numbers should appear under the barcode. The numbers after the dash represent your cabin. If you see GTY, you truly haven't been assigned yet. If Android, scan the bar code to see the numbers (this also works with iPhones but the wallet is easier).
  23. In the Caribbean, anything above shorts and a t-shirt is fine. Like the poster above, I wear pants (nothing fancy, khakis/nice jeans) and a polo/short sleeve button down every night no matter where I eat or if it's formal night... nice shorts would be fine too, tbh.
  24. People have reported as late as embarkation day. Personally, never further out than 2 weeks or so. I'm currently 23 days out & waiting but I also have one of the sailings where I can't even view my set sail pass due to an ongoing IT issue to use the barcode trick. I know my deck and rough location from cruise docs and luggage tags at least but no cabin number obviously.
