You might check out Resort for a day options. Have some options with pretty good water parks for kids as well as nice areas for the adults.

Some of the cruise ships offer post cruise excursions if you have a flight later than 3pm, and we have done the South Beach-Art Decco a couple of times. Very nice bus, and great guides. They also drop you off at south Beach for about 90 minutes to explore on your own.

I can give you a definate answer to your question. There IS a Pancho's by the Puerta Maya Pier. I was at Pancho's Backyard twice in 3 weeks. My wife brought tennis shoes for our waiter's kids on our return trip. Where our ship docks, you go through the shopping area and turn to the left. You go all the way to the end, about 2 blocks and Pancho's is right on the beach by the Christmas store. You can either eat inside or out by the beach, but either way you will get a great water view and view of your ship. Food is pretty good also.

Going to Grand Cayman for the first time. Husband is kind of so-so about Stingray City. He wants to take a tour of the island and also possibly snorkel. Any ideas for us on a private tour company to look into? Thanks.
This is Michael from Indianapolis, and I will be on the Splendor with you on March 5, 2017. I have used and will again use Native Wave Water Sports while on Grand Cayman. They took very good care of our group of 8, and we did the Stingray City and Island Tour, which was $60 per person and well worth it. I have a group of 15 am bringing, although only about half will do this tour. You go to Sting Ray City, Turtle Farm, Rum Factory and Hell. Think you will not be disappointed if you use this company. Let me know if you need any other info on our other stops. On Cozumel, we are either going to use resort for a day, or walk around the port area where they have many different shops, and eat at Pancho's Backyard, a really nice restaurant right by the ship.

I also am looking for the same. Hope someone has some suggestions. All I have been coming up with is over $200 a room, and I need 5 of them.

Ok, thanks.

I'd go with The Element - their rooms and service are A+++, and they have a free continental breakfast which has been the BEST I have ever had (they had free espresso machine WITH freshly made smoothie shooters - YUM)
their rooms all have free wifi, very modern and green hotel, sofffffft beds, full kitchenette in every room, would highly recommend!
Aubrey, which Element did you stay at? I had 2 of them come up. Am looking for total of 5 rooms for 12 people.

"Cheapest" is walking- depending where your hotel is (and the ability to manage all your own luggage, pack light, and have no mobility limits).
Look at contracting Shuttle Express for a shuttle van and group rate.
Again, depending where your hotel is, "cheapest", would be to take the Link light rail to the airport.
Thanks for suggestions. Our hotel is Renaissance Hotel close to Pike's Market. Where do we catch the Link light rail?

I have a group of 10 that will be looking for the least expensive transportation from NCL Jewel to downtown Seattle hotel. Am open for any and all suggestions and comments. Thanks in advance. Also need transportation from hotel next day to airport since hotel does not offer an airport shuttle.

I am also looking for transportation - there will be four of us plus luggage so a town car is out (won't fit - tried that one before).
I was considering renting a car from Orlando to Port Canaveral - $200 - ugh (and the headache of dropping off the car.
I am considering Ace Luxury also to the hotel (Hilton in Cocoa Beach) - taxi to Kennedy Space Center and back - Cocoa Beach shuttle from Hilton to cruise port.
Thoughts?
Just found this web site on another link, and it may work for you. Four people are $55 per person round trip. Here it is and hope you like them. If you do use them, please let me know what you think @ Majik711@aol.com

Anyone use Ace Luxury Transportation? http://www.aceluxury.com/portcanaveral.htm
I'm traveling on the Freedom this September and was considering this company. Prices on the website seem pretty good. I'm traveling with a group so we need a large van that fits at least 12 people.
When in Sept. are you going on the
Freedom? We are on the Sept. 26th sailing.

We used the cruise line shuttle for our first couple cruises but it's quite expensive. We used Coco Beach Shuttle in December but weren't impressed as we waited an hour past our scheduled pick up time upon arrival. For our May cruise I booked Sunshine State. The price was $3.00 more than Coco Beach but it's a private shuttle and apparently they will meet us in the baggage claim. I'll let you know how it goes if you like.
Leslie, I am very interested in learning how you like your choice for transportation when you cruise in May. If you don't mind, shoot me an e-mail @Majik711@aol.com when you get back and have time. We are on the Freedom in Sept. Thanks in advance.

Maybe some of the people who feel the need to sneak stuff on board are 1 of 2 things:
1) Not of legal drinking age (of which I am and have been for 25+ years)
2) Or just CHEAP! (of which I fall into that category, but am not brave enough to try any longer to sneak stuff aboard) Good luck!
