  1. This is what I’m talking about. The type of service us elites should expect!! Illuminati.
  2. Hello commoners, OP here, bow at my presence. Could any of you commoners share Royal Caribbean’s CEO email address with me? I must reach out to him to file a formal complaint. Last night my significant other and I decided to go to our favorite local steakhouse near the house, however it was a last minute affair and they were sold out. I called MY Royal Caribbean concierge to make things right and book us a reservation. The concierge acted dumb, said they didn’t know what I was talking about and couldn't help me. Needless to say, I am outraged that I am being treated as a mere commoner. This must be rectified immediately. Please advise. Carry on.
  3. So, I’m a bit offended and slightly upset at the fact that NOBODY told me getting a grand suite was the bomb-diggity! First time grand suite-er here on Allure this week, people!!! Let’s just say, I am no longer a “commoner” like most of you. I am royalty and you all can kiss my feet. From priority boarding, to the concierge hooking up every show we wanted last minute, to Coastal Kitchen being amaze-ing all week for breakfast and lunch, oh, and the included drinks and finger foods in the evening were sweeeeeet and our stateroom was gigantic!!! Nightly pillow treats, we weren’t bothered by turning in swim towels, and had amazing seats at the shows. When we are home next week I look forward to calling my new concierge and ensuring they get me into all the sold out places around my town, because I am now royalty and shall not be bothered by lines and let downs. I expect they’ll still take my calls. Craaaaaaap! All my future cruises will now cost me 10x the amount, greeeeeeaaaaaaat!
  4. I booked three days before, will I get anything or do I miss out on this perk?
  5. Do we get any priority bookings to shows, dinner times, etc? If so, how? We booked last minute so everything is booked up in cruise planner.
  6. Can our two-year old son join us in the coastal kitchen? Or is that frowned upon or adults only?
  7. We booked a 1 bedroom grand suite on Allure; what comes with this? Do we both get WIFI included for two devices, or only one device? What other perks do we get?
  8. If cabins are available, up until how soon before the cruise can you book online? Does the cruise disappear from booking availability like 3 days before the cruise or something?
  9. The Key is a complete waste of money. I forbid you to buy it.
  10. Our two-year-old has been on one cruise with us and is going on another in two weeks. What is the process (if any) to set him up on the crown and anchor program? Do we create him his own account? Does he already have his own? Do we do anything? Thank you.
  11. Talk some sense into me someone… We paid about 5k for 3 of us (1 child) for an upcoming Wonder cruise (Balcony Cabin)… there is a JS available for an additional $3k…. We are 14 points away from diamond so this would help us reach that this cruise. Also, our child is two years old so it’s nice having a bathtub BUT is $3k worth it for this upgrade??!
  12. I’ve been checking constantly to see if a JS is available for upgrade on an upcoming cruise. I checked just now and it showed a JS available, I refreshed and it was gone then appeared again then disappeared again. I called and RC said there are not available. What would cause this on the website?
  13. You have to book your cruise through Chase (they essentially act as your travel agent.)
  14. Taking our two year old (not potty trained) on Wonder in January. Does anyone know what water areas he can access (how big is the splash pad?) and how is the nursery, etc? Are there any other fun things for a two year old? Thanks!
  15. How are all these the exact same if some are near the elevator, some behind restaurants, etc? I doesn’t that make a difference?
  16. What would be the best and quietest cabin of these?? 8570 8614 8658 8666 8618 8610 8164 8574 thank you!
  17. On FOS now with The Key. Complete waste of money. That is all.
  18. Two passengers offloaded safely! One older/elderly female, one middle aged/younger female. The younger one was in a full leg brace. Earlier there was an AAA call in the ice ring, just guessing, she probably broke her leg. Not sure what the older lady’s issue was. Both were alert and talking while being taken off the ship. We are staying in port until tomorrow morning. Casinos are closed now unfortunately.
  19. Two medical emergencies onboard FOS, returning to port early on the double!! Pilot just boarded.
  20. Yes you can grab a time without doing everything else.
  21. Not true, some cancel for any reason policies require you to do so 48 hours out.
  22. For those sailing out this weekend or on Monday, when would Royal typically announce any itinerary changes due to Hurricane Lee? It looks like it’s going to cause some headaches for the Caribbean.
  23. Thank you for your tips so far! AMazing advice!
